Please complete following online donation form to make an application of your donation.
For regular donation, you can choose monthly, twice a year (on June and December), or once a year (December).

Donation of Bequeathed or Inherited Property
Our foundation also welcomes donations of inherited or bequeathed property. Specifically, we accept donations of negotiable real estate such as land and buildings, securities, precious metals, and paintings, in addition to cash. We ask your help to support future cancer research and treatment.
Display of Your Name
Names of donors are displayed on the bulletin board for approximately one year. For the individuals who donated 100,000 yen or more and groups or companies that donated 500,000 yen or more, the name of donors remain on the donors' nameplate to honor them.
