Protection of Personal Information

We consider that the proper administration of personal information is social responsibility in order to protect individual rights and interests.
We define our policy as follows and keep all our staff informed about it for protection.

1. Collection, Use and Provision of Personal Information

We established the security system for protection and administration, and defined bylaw for collection and for use of proper private information. We strictly enforce it.

2. Security Measures for Personal Information

We take precautions against illegal access, loss of personal information, destruction, falsification and information leak. In case any problems occur, we take corrective actions as soon as possible.

3. Confirmation, Amendment, or Restriction on the Use of Personal Information

If we receive the request to confirm, amend, or restrict the use of personal information from a person himself/herself (patient), we will handle it properly based on the bylaw.

4. Compliance of Law and Regulation about Personal Information

We comply with laws and the other regulations about personal information.

5. Education and Continuous Revision

In order to maintain the security measures appropriately, we perform the strict education and training for staff, and revise the bylaw continuously.
