Overview
We have been promoting research on genome which determines characteristics of cancers in collaboration with Genome Center to establish personalized medicine, using microarray and mass spectrometry to examine gene or protein expressions comprehensively in a single experiment. Furthermore, we have been developing prediction systems of adverse effects of anti cancer drugs for the diagnosis of cancer patients with various genetic backgrounds.
In addition, we have been developing bioinformatics methodology for genomic novel drug discovery.
Projects
(1) Genome research for prediction systems of treatment responses to cancers
(2) Searching for cancer markers by proteome analysis
