Introduction of a telephone interpreting service

We introduced a telephone interpreting service to expand the service for international patients. This service will be mainly used for the hospitalized international patients when an interpreter is unavailable unexpectedly or when other emergency cases occur. With the hands-free function of the telephone device, patients and medical staff can contact interpreters and communicate with each other through them 24 hours a day. At present, this service is provided for English, Chinese, and Korean.
