c-MET阻害剤Tivantinibの新たな分子標的の同定
現在c-MET阻害剤として臨床開発が進んでいるTivantinibの、新たな分子標的を発見しました。基礎研究部と米国MGHとの共同研究からスタートし、分子薬理部における分子標的予測などの検討も行なうことで、Tivantinibはc-METだけでなく、微小管重合阻害作用をも示すことが確認されました。 詳細
