Introduction of a videophone interpreting service

In addition to the telephone interpreting service introduced in 2013, we introduced a videophone interpreting service in the Department of Emergency Medicine and VIP ward. This service makes it possible to communicate with an interpreter over a real-time image on the screen of a dedicated videophone device. At present, English, Chinese, and Korean interpretation services are available.
