[Important Notice] Patient & Visitor Information

Our Preventive Safety Measures:

  • We will check your body temperature and symptoms at the front entrance upon arrival
  • We require everyone who enters the hospital to wear a mask
    • Everyone is required to wear a mask made of nonwoven materials at all times while in the hospital, regardless of whether they have symptoms.

Therefore, if you are planning to travel internationally or return from abroad, you must contact us before visiting the hospital. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation with us.
    • We will check your body temperature and symptoms at the front entrance in order to minimize the risk of anyone carrying the virus into the hospital.
      • At the front entrance, we will ask everyone the following questions:
      • Whether your body temperature was/has been 37.5℃ or higher within the past 3 days
      • Within the past 10 days:

To Patients Receiving Inpatient Medical Care and Visitors:

  • Hospitalized patients CANNOT come to the outpatient services areas (1st and 2nd floors) to meet with the family and friends. If we find you with family/friends on 1st/2nd floor, our staff will kindly inform you that you are not allowed to meet with visitors during hospitalization.
  • Everyone is required to wear a mask made of nonwoven materialsat all times while in the hospital. In some cases, you may need to remove a mask (e.g., when eating/drinking), but please make sure to put on a mask when talking with others including hospital staff (all the hospital staff wear a mask at all times).
  • In general, ONE family member is allowed to enter the hospital only when requested by the hospital (e.g., meeting with the doctor, on the day of surgery). TWO family members are allowed only on the day of surgery. Under any circumstances, anyone who has body temperature higher than 37.5℃ or symptoms (e.g., cough) IS NOT ALLOWED to enter the hospital building.
    • If a family member needs to pick up/deliver something (e.g., clothes) for a patient, the inpatient medical staff will assist him/her. The family member can go up to the entrance of each inpatient unit and use the intercom to notify the staff. Then, the staff will come to assist pickup/delivery between patients and family members.
      Hours: 2:00PM-5:00PM on weekdays/weekends/holidays
  • Please note that there are times when we will need to move patients to a different room or unit in order to ensure appropriate practice in infection control. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
